Servicing and Liquidation Manager


A multilingual financial professional, Rosa is fluent in Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. She brings over 25 years of successful experience in Financial Analysis and Assessment, Business Development and Technical Consulting. Prior to joining CIC Rosa worked for BankBoston, Fleet, and Hartford Community Loan Fund, Inc. where she was responsible for promoting small and large business loan programs. Rosa believes that “helping a small business understand the importance of credit in order to achieve its financial goals is the greatest reward a credit officer could get”. Rosa began her career with CIC in underwriting and in loan servicing. Rosa’s hard work and due diligence has advanced her to Manager of CIC’s Servicing and Liquidation Department. Rosa is the liaison for the Microloan Program bringing her expertise to the Spanish Community. Rosa, for many years, has been facilitating Small Business workshops in “Spanish”. Small business owners learn the importance of writing a business plan and what a lender is looking for when they review a credit application. The workshops are sponsored by the Connecticut SBA Regional Office.

Rosa was born in Argentina and loves polo and soccer. Rosa is a big fan of the world’s best soccer player; her countryman, Lionel Messi.
A travel enthusiast, Rosa has been in many parts of the world, her favorite place is Italy, the land of her ancestors.
She is the self-proclaimed 'Queen of Cookies' - she makes beautiful Italian cookies that are so artistically crafted, it's a shame to eat them!
