The Sports Haus in Norwalk, Connecticut was founded with a clear goal: to create a modern, multi-sport facility where both members and non-members could gather to play, train, and socialize. Built by experienced operators with decades in the industry, the concept focused on combining high-quality athletic facilities with a strong sense of community.

Transforming this vision into a fully realized facility required substantial capital investment. Acquiring and redeveloping a property into a state-of-the-art complex involves significant costs, particularly when designing spaces that support multiple sports and social amenities.

Through the SBA 504 program, CIC provided $8,030,500 in financing to support the acquisition and transformation of the facility. This funding enabled The Sports Haus to complete its buildout and position itself as a premier destination for recreational and competitive athletes.

Today, The Sports Haus offers a dynamic environment that blends sport and social engagement. The project highlights how structured, long-term financing can support large-scale developments that serve both business goals and community needs.
